King Beds, Sleeps 11, *Entertainment Included!*

I didn’t get to stay at the property we were only there 5 hours before noticing pests Positive: I liked the home lots of room and entertainment for my family. Negative: The house has BED BUGS specifically, the bedroom closest to the kitchen and when I notified the host his exact words were. “Impossible the house was professionally cleaned, You got a good deal on the house so just deal with it” The host was very rude to me and my husband, It shouldn’t matter what time of day if your a host of a property you should be willing and able to assist if there’s a problem. If I could rate my experience 0 stars I would. My family and I could not sleep in the house, We got settled in about 10pm and we had to vacate at 3am with no where to go. They’re only refunding me the damage deposit after a full refund was requested. Outside of the BED BUGS and the rude host I would have rated the home itself a 10. I hope another family doesn’t have to experience this take with CAUTION.

The house was spacious and the game room was an absolute blast. The kitchen is stocked with a ton of cooking supplies, and the laundry room had extra linens/towels, which was amazing. The only down side is the house was not cleaned very well when we arrived and there was water leakage through the floor the basement. Nothing that interfered too much with the weekend, and I will say the host was very quick to respond to questions, and extremely kind to work with.

My whole family enjoyed the place! Positive: We loved the amenities, it truly is an entertainment paradise. Negative: Nothing. The place was fantastic.

Our stay here was terrific! The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The location was in a quiet neighborhood without much traffic, but still located near everything we needed. We even took a trip to the zoo just a few miles away!Thank you!

The location was great for my extended family to meet and and visit MOA/ikea, valleyfair, MN twins baseball etc! The house had ample towels, bedding, kitchen supplies and a nice fenced in backyard for my sisters dogs! The only glitch we ran into was trouble with the Air/HVAC unit keeping up during the hot days! The host very communicative from the beginning to the end of our reservation thru checkout! Would recommend to others.
